Wellness at Mines

Sometimes Mines makes us feel so overwhelmed that we just can’t handle it anymore.  Our piles of homework is a full time job, not to mention those of us who work part time, are active in clubs or volunteering, have family and friends to tend to, and just want some time to relax.

Having a well-balanced life isn’t just working out or eating healthy, it is balancing everything in life.  This wheel is VERY overwhelming for us students.  We seem to completely neglect many of these pieces of the pie.  There are many ways that Mines tries to help us find balance in our lives.  Our Wellness director here, Becca Pike offered to help me with my video blog and let me interview her.  However, despite all our planning weeks ahead, our planned times ended up having conflicts last minute.  So instead, I have compiled a list of things to do to keep our sanity here.
